Tao Xie
Tao Xie received the PhD degree in computer science from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 2006. He is currently a professor in the Department of Computer Science at the San Diego State University. His research interests are storage systems, high performance computing, cluster and Grid computing, parallel and distributed systems. He received the NSF CAREER Award in 2009. He is a senior member of the IEEE and a member of the ACM.

Wengyu Peng

Wenyu Peng received the BE degree in Software Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in 2019 and the MS in Computer Science from San Diego State University in 2021. He is currently a PhD student in the joint Ph.D. program in Engineering between San Diego State University and University of California, San Diego (UCSD). His research interests include non-volatile memories, storage systems, file systems.
Xiaojia Song

Xiaojia Song (2015-2019)

Xiaojia Song received the BE degree in Electrical Engineering from North University of China in 2008, and he received the MS in Electrical EngineeringTianjin University in 2010. He is currently a PhD student in the joint PhD program in Computational Science between San Diego State University and Claremont Graduate University. His research interests include storage systems, non-volatile memories, and FPGA-based reconfigurable computing.
Wen Pan

Wen_Pan(2014-2019)

Wen Pan received the BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from Hefei University of Technology, China, in 2011 and 2014, respectively. He graduated from the joint PhD program in Computational Science between San Diego State University and Claremont Graduate University in May 2019. His research interests include storage systems, operating system, file systems, and NVM technologies. He joined Western Digital right after his graduation.
Deng Zhou

Deng Zhou received the BE degree in Software Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in 2009, and he received the MS in Computer Science from University of Science and Technology of China in 2012. He graduated from the joint PhD Program in Computational Science between San Diego State University and Claremont Graduate University in December 2016. He is currently a technical staff at NetApp Inc.

Wei Wang received the BS and MS degrees in Electronics Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He graduated from the joint PhD program in Computational Science between San Diego State University and Claremont Graduate University in May 2015. His research interests include storage systems, operating system, parallel and distributed systems, real-time embedded systems, and information security. He is a recipient of the IPDPS 2013 Best Paper Award. He is currently a Sr. System Architect in Micron.
